Long Course Weekend is the ultimate endurance challenge. Racing three events in three days is a perfect opportunity to benchmark your performance and fitness.
To obtain the precious Long Course Weekend medal – one of four interlocking medals, the remaining three having been earned by completing the swim, bike and run – you must enter as a full Long Course Weekend athlete! Those taking on the full Long Course Weekend will need to complete the 3.8km swim section on Friday afternoon, the 180km cycle section on Saturday morning and the 42.2km run on Sunday. Only then will you be a finisher of LCW Jervis Bay.
So what does your Long Course Weekend entry get you?

However, if you want to be a part of the weekend but don’t want to do the longer distances, you can enter other combinations such as the 1.9km swim followed by the 180km cycle and then the 10km run, or you may just wish to do one or two of the legs. The combination is all yours – you choose!
Invite friends and training partners, bring along club members and support each other over the weekend.
